Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bebelog mobile application (“Service”), operated by Merve Kılınç (“we”, “us”). By signing up for Bebelog, you agree to these Terms. The Turkish version of these Terms prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

2. User Data

You may enter personal and child-related data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy and the KVKK Notice.

3. Subscriptions

• Bebelog offers optional auto-renewing monthly and yearly premium subscriptions.
• Any free trial, its length and the price are shown on the purchase screen before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Bebelog account does not cancel your subscription.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, which act as the seller. We do not store your payment information. Refunds are subject to the store’s refund policy: use reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases and Google Play’s refund process for Google Play purchases. Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service, with notice to you. You may delete your account at any time in the app under Ayarlar (Settings) → Hesabı Sil (Delete Account).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design and software related to Bebelog are owned by Merve Kılınç and protected by applicable laws. The data you enter and the photos you upload remain yours.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Bebelog is a tracking and informational tool only and does not provide medical advice. Content such as vaccination schedules, development information and articles is provided for general information. Always consult a healthcare professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the Service running without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for data you enter incorrectly or for decisions you make based solely on app data. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email before they take effect. If you do not accept the changes, you may delete your account.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at your place of residence have jurisdiction under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
